Pancreatic Cancer Day 2025 – Awareness, Science, Collaboration

On 20 November 2025, the Centrum Medycyny Nieinwazyjnej of the Medical University of Gdańsk will host Pancreatic Cancer Day 2025 – an interdisciplinary event dedicated to pancreatic tumours.
The programme includes lectures by experts in oncology, radiology, surgery, and pharmacology, including an inaugural lecture by Prof. Steven A. Johnsen from the Robert Bosch Center für Tumorerkrankungen in Stuttgart.
The meeting will conclude with an interactive session in the CMN lobby – featuring quizzes, a “Wheel of Fortune” game, a presentation of microscopic images, and an educational zone focused on pancreatic cancer prevention.

The aim of the event is to raise public awareness of pancreatic cancer and to bring together the scientific, clinical, and student communities around a shared goal: better understanding and more effective treatment of this disease.
